Folding
Our high speed folders can fold a
flat sheet of paper to a desired size, ready for further processing.
The most common fold is A4 folded to DL, ready to fit into a
standard envelope. |

Laser Printing
With an on-site laser printing facility
contained within a controlled environment, our laser printers
are capable of high speed, high quality printing. Client letters
and other documents, either single or double sided, are printed
personalised in one pass through any of our high speed lasers. |

High Speed Digital
Photocopying
We use high-tech digital reproduction
equipment with exceptional graphic qualities. Unlike conventional
photocopiers, digital copiers scan the original and provide a
screen across all graphics and text. This process, like printing,
enhances and accentuates the total print image and produces outstanding
results. |

Enclosing
This can be done mechanically using
our mail insertion equipment, or manually. Both types of job
are regularly performed, with preference given to machine enclosing,
due to the volume that can be enclosed in a relatively short
time. Manual enclosing is undertaken when the machine option
is impossible due to the size or thickness of the mailing piece,
or the unsuitability of the envelopes provided. |

Plastic Wrapping
Total encapsulation of any paper product.
Normally used when mailing newsletters, magazines, annual reports
and any other publications that require maximum visual impact
and great economy. |

Bursting and Trimming
The process of 'sheeting' continuous
forms to the correct sheet size once the form has been through
the personalisation/printing process. The tractor feed strips
on both edges are also removed at the same time. Bursting is
most commonly used for invoices, statements and addressing forms. |

Envelopes & Printed Material
We can supply all mailing materials,
including envelopes, letterhead, flyers and brochures. A special
size DLX envelope is used for the majority of our machine enclosing
jobs. Letterhead requires special attention for direct mail,
due to grain direction and laser friendly requirements. We prefer
to supply these materials, thereby ensuring that they are produced
to the correct specifications required for machine insertion |
