Barcoded Mailing Discounts
Direct Mail is the advertising and marketing medium of successful businesses. Direct Mail transmits your message in permanent written or printed form, in a controlled, methodical way, directly to those consumers that you believe are most likely to have a need for your product or service. A person-to-person sales link is created because you make contact with the prospect at their home, or in their office.
Most other types of advertising media can only hope that what you have to say about your 'offer' will receive attention and create interest. Such advertising generally works on the 'shotgun' principle, whereas Direct Mail allows you to single out prospects through the thoughtful use of lists and to place an attractive sales message in the prospect's hand - free of competition.
Direct Mail creates attention, promotes interest, and engenders desire. Most importantly, it provides the opportunity to spur the prospect into action, using specialised techniques and response devices. Don't let your competitors get the advantage. Go Direct!
Barcoded Mail Discounts
In keeping with the new Australia Post Mailing-Rebate requirements for Bulk mailings, adelaide business bureaux has incorporated an approved 'Address Matching Approval System' (AMAS) into its direct mail processing.
All client supplied data files, in excess of 300 records, can now be allocated a barcode if there is a data match in the Australia Post 'Postal Address File' (PAF).
The printing of this barcode on machine addressed letters, in conjunction with the required presort process, barcode manifest and tray insertion, labeling and lodgment, enables us to access greater mailing discounts for our clients, in accordance with the conditions of the Presort Letter Service.
ID / Reference Barcoding
adelaide business bureaux has introduced barcoding into the printing process for those customers who require Identification or Reference Numbers inserted as barcodes, along with other customer data, into form letters.
